SUDEP Aware understands how terribly alone SUDEP-bereaved families can feel in their plight for information and to find out what happened to their loved one.

Being thrown, without warning, into a world of police investigation, death procedure and the unknown takes a large toll on the grieving family. Please know that you are not alone and that there are others who have been through a similar experience and are willing to connect with you and help.

SUDEP Aware is contacted by people across Canada and the United States and we can put you in touch with individuals who are as geographically close, as possible, to you. If you would like to connect with someone who understands, email us or call [001] 416 556-8770.

Epilepsy Bereaved is the leading voluntary organisation in the UK and Internationally on SUDEP and other epilepsy related deaths.

Epilepsy Toronto provides counselling, employment support, advocacy and education to help people with epilepsy live well. They believe that being a part of an active epilepsy community, receiving vital support, and connecting with others going through similar experiences all helps to manage the challenges of living with epilepsy.
